Monitor All Figgy Mounts

Summary or User Story

We should have a monitor for all the Figgy mounts, so we know when it's failed. We've just had it fail.

Acceptance Criteria

• Check all the mounts in /mnt/hydra_sources. These are set up in https://github.com/pulibrary/princeton_ansible/blob/main/roles/figgy/tasks/main.yml#L12-L32
• Check any other mounts that are set up in Ansible, but not in hydra_sources. If any of them are empty, we should hear about it (via Datadog slack alert probably)

Sudden Priority Justification

We've got mounts dropping all over the place, we need to know when it happens so we can fix it and correlate those times with other events.

First step

Look at pulibrary/dpul#1601 to see a reference on how to add a monitor for this.

Do we want to group all the mount monitors together, or have a separate one for each mount? e.g. the figgy one was called "IngestMount" and so I changed the one I added to DPUL to be just called "Mount" and if you look at the datadog health dashboard they have separate widgets.
