[DOC] where and how to generate client key&certificate for pulp

Describe the bug
I am new to pulp and pulp certguard, by reading the document of pulp-certguard, I guess this project used as a plugin for client certifcate verification in pulp, but it's not documented where and how to generate the client&key especially when private CA is used. is there any special project used for cert generation automatically? or it's just a standard request process to third party company?

While I don't think we want certguard to be The Place to learn how certificate-security works, it would def be useful if the pulp-certguard docs pointed to some Useful Resources for people to dive into. Accepting this issue to add such to our main docs page.
