Remove categories from posts and port to tags.

The wordpress export added "categories" information to _posts. This was mainly populated by wordpress and is confusing because the site does not use this data. Instead we use tags. We should remove all of the "categories" data. For example, look at this post.

We should replace the "categories" with tags so that the existing content will be organized correctly on the site.
