Specify Mandatory and minimum items

App does not specify what is the minimum or mandatory items and what is optional/occasional.Can we leave it all optional for freelancer ??

For free lancer : all optional
For campus/garden: optional i.e possible to make invisible : property name, hazards on (or due to) tree, nuisance on tree

Currently, for PMC , since we do not have plot number and geometries of the same, we are keeping optional the property types. As such we shall keep property types as default i.e. 'default'
Property owner will be written as society name or what ever else found .

For PMC we shall mostly get the data for plots and owners to be pre-loaded for many plots. For the remaining, we will have to use default values which the department will have to add as post-processing
