NTSC Bisqwit software filters override the palette

All three 2x, 4x and 8x versions of NTSC Bisqwit override the palette that was set on the Palette tab. Other software filters, including the others with NTSC in the title, don't have such title.

The source code of the filter implies that it's hard-coded to decode NTSC into RGB. Would it be possible to investigate the issue?

It's not a issue, in the Changelog I've specified :

Added video filters: NTSC Bisqwit 2X, NTSC Bisqwit 4X, NTSC Bisqwit 8X (https://forums.nesdev.org/viewtopic.php?t=14338).
Notice : This filter uses its own color palette.

I'm not a great expert on NTSC signals but if there was anyone who would like to help I would be happy to do so.
