Use Case

As a community we're dealing with the puppetserver/puppetdb releases on https://downloads.puppetlabs.com/ to build the components for platforms Perforce doesn't support. Please also provide those release tarballs for bolt

Building it based on git tags is even more complicated, so I would like to avoid it.
