Use Case

Currently here describes style guidance for braces, but there is no guidances for parenthesis which has caused some confusion when developing and also when using PDK. This can leave style inconsistent between developers.

Describe the Solution You Would Like

Establish similar guidance for parenthesis that exists for braces, although the specifics can be decided on if the feature request is accepted.
