Puppet Code Test Coverage Feature.

@h0tw1r3 created an interesting PR #439 to introduce puppet test coverage via a task. For example,

$ pdk bundle exec rake spec_described[90]

We on the DevX team love this new idea and would like to pull it in. However, we'd like to hear what others think.
