Images need to be hosted somewhere else

Currently, images for the past event page are hosted directly on Airtable. This is a bad idea: we are on Airtable's free plan, which, though quite generous, will quickly run out of space the more images we add. In addition, the gallery crashes the page if the images are too large, so I had to manually scale down all of the images that I uploaded before I uploaded them.

We need to a small file hosting service with a simple API that the Events site can pull from & load images for each past event, and which also automatically converts HEIC to jpeg and scales down large images.
