Send an email confirming registration

Right now, three emails are sent: one for the user to confirm their email, and two reminder emails the day before & day of the event, respectively. I think another email should be sent once the user clicks the "Verify email" button; that way they have an email record that they're signed up in case they forget (a problem I've run into multiple times)
