No longer available on CPAN

This module seems to have disappeared from all CPAN channels. Has this been deprecated?

The original author deleted it from CPAN. Pusher obtained a copy of the code and put it in github. I don't know what the plans are for putting it back in CPAN.

That makes sense. I have a CPAN developers account and have co-authored
modules in the past so if you're looking for someone to help out and get it
back up there I may be able to help.
The problem with not being on CPAN is products such as ActivePerl and
Stawberry Perl won't pick up and auto-compile modules for Windows PERL
distributions which raises the bar for entry level programmers to quickly
grab code to start developing with your app.
