Add - add-to-project action to all pyOpenSci repos listed in this issue

We would like to autuomate adding issues tagged with help wanted or sprintable to our project board.

This workflow in this repo works perfectly.
The token used is an organization wide token. Please add this workflow to the following other repos in this organization:

• python-package-guide (doesn't need it because the project board has a workflow for that specific repo
• software-review-guide
• pyopensci.github.io
• pyosmeta

you should be able to copy and paste the workflow exactly as it is in this repo into the same .github/workflows repo in the other repositories!

this is a very beginner friendly issue!
