by end of summer 2024: reorganize the website images folder to make it easier to navigate so that we aren't duplicating images for various posts and website pages.

TODO:

  • create intuitive naming schema
  • review naming with @lwasser
  • implement changes, working in small PRs to ensure images aren't breaking across the website
