length_3d is the cylinder height. Nlayers affects the length of the spiral |

I am currently trying to replicate the results of Fig. 4 of the following paper 'Probing Heterogeneity in Li-ion Batteries with Coupled Multiscale Models of Electrochemistry and Thermal Transport using Tomographic Domains' written by T. G. Tranter, Thomas, Robert and all.
There is an available repository of 'JellyBaMM' which helps solve the mathematical model considering a cylindrical cell at every radial node. I have used this library and I am confused what the 'electrode width' means in the code.
If I put the value of electrode width in range of 0.08m, the output somewhat matches of the paper, the capacity is 3.6Ah
, but if I put the electrode width in range of 0.8m which should be the case for an 18650 nmc811 cell {Other parameters taken from paper itself or Chen2020} then the capacity comes out to be greater than 30Ah
Please help me figure out why is this happening, and what can I do to replicate the results of Fig.
4.
The output should not match the experimental data as the length is very low, on top of that capacity shouldn't be 3.5Ah as well for electrode width 0.06m or 60mm.
Here is the code that I am editing
