Running pybind11 in Jupyter notebook

I've created a short tutorial about running pybind11 programs under Jupyter notebook. In general it works really great, but I have found few issues:

• The buildin function py::print() prints into the terminal where the notebook is running. How to redirect the output into the notebook instead?
• Exception handling with catch(const py::error_already_set& e) sometimes works, sometimes not - the exception is suppressed and nothing happens, or kernel dies.
• The compiler seems to compile in Release mode. Enabling Debug mode would be beneficial, but how?
