Remove running Python within the interpreter

Maybe it is not necessary to show in great details and have even an exercise on running some Python code within the interpreter.
Remove in Exercises 1.1.1, point 2 and move Exercises 1.1.2 into Jupyter. 
Any other exercises which need to be changed?
