Updates / Improvements

Add variation to wait_for_* methods in utils: wait_for_change(). This will wait until the value of the specified attribute changes to anything different than the initial value.

Refactoring

Replace Cloud Databases with python-troveclient
Replace auth code in client.py with python-keystoneclient
Remove swiftclient hacks when re-authentication bug is fixed.
