I am not sure...l checked all the solutions that exist around social bookmarking and sharing and none is good enough...maybe because everybody goes for some 3rd party solution like http://sharethis.com/ or http://www.addthis.com/

well, I don't know if a fully worked out django version could have advantages? for sure when there is a good django version of piece of functionality I would love to use that ... For example, I used django-voice for my "feedback" part of website -- even if there is/will be a lot of solutions out of box on the market for feedback.

Anyway, I encourage you if you have time to develop it to get to a nice plug and play state. I would not hesitate to use it and I think every django site needs this piece of functionality and the community will apreciate it. I have seen django sites like kippt (another django written site I came to know the other day) have this sharing features on their site and it looks pretty much awesome, it could serve as a source of inspiration for this project.

Thanks for reading my suggestions. I am quite busy at the moment doing my f** master thesis but if I manage to find some time later in fall, I would love to learn and contribute by your side.
