Port docstirngs for arithmetic methods back from https://github.com/pygae/GAlgebra.jl/blob/master/src/mv.jl
Add missing pieces
Enable 'sphinxcontrib.prettyspecialmethods' like in Show special methods as operators [ci skip] clifford#325
