Write some docs (project is already configured for Sphinx. See docs for Sphinx itself, also Postal's docs weren't too shabby, feel free to crib from there, or any of the many other projects using Sphinx).
Set up ReadTheDocs import (I think we have a shared password in TeamPassword, if not, create an account and add it there).
