PyMuPDF Acquired by Artifex

We are pleased to announce that Artifex has acquired the exclusive rights to PyMuPDF from its long-time maintainer Harald Lieder.

By bringing the development of PyMuPDF under Artifex, we are able to further expand its features and capabilities while ensuring tight integration, always with the latest version of MuPDF.

PyMuPDF, like MuPDF, is available under both open-source AGPL and commercial license agreements from Artifex.
