'No solution found when resolving dependencies' error occurred when executing hatch test

The following error occurs when executing hatch test with Hatch v1.12.

  × No solution found when resolving dependencies:
  ╰─▶ Because ecs-arg-parse was not found in the package registry and you
      require ecs-arg-parse, we can conclude that the requirements are
      unsatisfiable.

ecs-arg-parse was published in my private pypiserver.

So, I added PIP_EXTRA_INDEX_URL in [tool.hatch.envs.default.env-vars].

I tried to modified [tool.hatch.envs.default.env-vars] like the document.

But the same error occurs.

Because the system environment variables were registered, hatch env create and hatch shell work successfully.

ecs-arg-parse exists when executing pip list in hatch shell.

I am struggling with precisely the same error. I did not see this topic and opened an issue this morning: #1580

Internal environments now no longer inherit from default. Modify this environment instead: https://hatch.pypa.io/latest/config/internal/static-analysis/#customize-behavior

I fixed the error by adding the env-vars, such as default environment, in hatch-test environment.
