Describe the feature you'd like to see

Currently, we have linkers #499 which allow to port third-parties data on the demand, power grid and power plants. Their design implies translating of those dat into a particular format expected by the model.

It would be convenient to develop parsers automating this work for the most frequently used reference data.

NB This issue is linked with #276 but aims for the particular implementation
