How do you guys managed to use poetry to install a package that uses --index-url ? #7707

From torch documentation, this is the installation script:

pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu

I don't know how to install it with poetry

please read the docs

if you had searched for duplicates you would have found #7685, which contains the same advice
