Trusted publishing in pypi.yml was used up to 6e0afc0, but was later reverted to publishing with tokens because of its incompatibility with reusable workflow (calling pypi.yml from release.yml).

Track pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish#166 and pypi/warehouse#11096 to follow upstream progress about this.
