Designate whether jobs are posted by an agency (headhunter) or by the hiring company (direct hire).

With the resolution of #248 and #242, there is not (as far as I can tell) any place to designate whether or not a job was posted by an agency.

If we are going to allow agencies to post jobs, I would like to have those jobs designated as such.

Furthermore, if I am searching for jobs, I would like to be able to filter my search results so I can choose whether I want to see jobs posted by agencies, jobs posted by the hiring company, or both.

As a volunteer, I would be more than happy to check compliance during the approval process; usually a bit of reading or google-fu will tell me whether it's a direct-hire.
