We need to identify all flows where this can happen:

I purchase a ticket and input an email that isn't my account email
I use the website to assign the ticket to someone else after purchasing it

In both cases an email should trigger saying "You received a PyCon Italia X ticket" or similar

marcoacierno added the backend label
