API에서 4xx, 5xx 에러가 내려올 경우 페이지를 로드하지 못하는 문제

TO-BE

페이지가 로드되고 에러메세지를 보여줘야 한다. 페이지에서 에러를 인지할 수 있어야 함.
API 호출시 try catch 처리
