Unexpected repair result

There is two holes in my mesh.

When I use meshfix.repair() it create a mesh with the inverse normal like this:

I tried changing the parameter but all lead to the same result.
Try many other repair from Trimesh Polydata and yet nothing seems to close those two holes.

Help me please !!!!!!
