Unstable BLE connection

After sending and receiving several messages, the connection is constantly interrupted and the devices do not find each other for several minutes. Then sometimes one or two messages are sent, but the connection is cut again for a few minutes.

Would it be possible to send some logfiles, if possible from both devices with a test description?
We are working to make it as stable as possible.
The problems arise from many different sources (android versions, bluetooth stack bugs, etc.)

Helpful Information

• Android version & device model of both devices
• Android logs of the session or of the problem, if this was already analyzed. The logs can be received by running the command adb logcat on a computer terminal, while an android device is connected in debug mode.
