Installation on Windows Server 2019 Standard

Hi,
I have Python 3.7.3 on a Windows Server 2019 Standard machine, and am trying to install mqrun. However, I get the following error message:

C:\>pip install mqrun
Collecting mqrun
  ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement mqrun (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for mqrun

I have done some googling and while this error does occur with other packages, and I tried diverse solutions, how people solved their problems in those cases did not work for me.
Any help welcome ^^
