Extend 'On downloads done' functionality

Hi there!
It would be nice to have possibility to shutdown OS when specific torrent is downloaded.

In this example I have stalled torrent, and I have a prediction that it will remain so for a while and shutdown will not work in this case. Pausing stalled torrent is not a solution, because there is small probability that stalled torrent will become active and I do not want to loose that chance.
