qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.5.0 x64
Operating system: Windows 10

What is the problem?

Getting 405 Method Not Allowed returned when calling GET ../api/v2/torrents/delete?hashes={HASH}&deleteFiles=false

As per docs (https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/WebUI-API-(qBittorrent-4.1)#general-information) I also tried using POST with no luck.
