Description

We need a simple math generation template to use as a placeholder while developing the rest of the application.

Dependencies

#8 to figure resulting structure of this process

Acceptance criteria

A function to call with a difficulty value that returns an object with an addition problem
Any code that could be shared with other templates should be isolated
Document approach in SPECS document
