Can't preview properties, can't sleep and can't change clothes

I installed the requirements as needed, put the mod into the scripts folder as needed.

I can buy properties via phone, but I can't sleep nor change clothes in any of them.

I get no error message, I just hear the "click" sound (that it makes when you trigger an action) and that's it, nothing happens.

I just noticed that there's also several contacts in the phone that are invisible, having no image, name, number and when I try to click it, it says they're no longer available
