I reread parts from opensource.guide and found out what I'm sure about:
I would love to make the project as public as possible (copy-left / public-domain / ...), but I want to protect the project and any people involved. A simple example: I don't want a homophobic / queer-negative group to use anything in this repo, since that would defeat the purpose of this project.
A code-of-conduct could help. But as it's not a legally binding document, the license has to cover the above. (Is that true?)
This repo is missing a license!
I'm considering the MIT license, but I'm not sure.
