上传无法秒传 #307

档案明明上传过了，用官方客户端能秒上传，用BaiduPCS_Go则不能秒传。
从本地上传的话，看说明应该什么都不用设置就能秒的吧？如果是这样的话就可能是个bug了，希望能修复一下。
p.s. BaiduPCS_Go用的是windows客户端。

顺便感谢一下，这个程序真心简洁好用。

服务器有文件后秒传不会立即生效，可以等一天再试试

不是这个问题，同样文件用官方客户端跟这个程序同时间上传，官方的能秒，这个秒传失败只能慢慢上传。

换一句话说，我从来没试过用这个程序上传成功秒传过，最新版亦一样有这情况
