Actually respect the MIT license

Problem

The MIT license asks for "The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the Software.", we don't show any copyright notice anywhere in the app.

Possibly we need to also include licenses for our dependencies.

Possible solutions

It could be added somewhere in settings or be included in a new tab like "About".
