commit v4.11: api models/interfaces of the various APIs created, new folder structure

I have now created the interfaces for the switch to the other APIs and have stored them in a new folder structure so that it is still compatible with the current status. @sally
This way I can gradually address and implement the new endpoints. I have created all the endpoints from the APIs
