It explains why there are issues if you use PostgreSQL as job-queue.

First I thought the issue should be gone, since you can use SKIP LOCKED now, but the author says,
that the problem is still valid today. See: brandur/sorg#263

What do you think: Can this error (long running transaction, ...) still happen today?
