I added a few folders to the custom catalog. QS scans just fine and I can search, but if I restart the Mac, the custom catalog is empty and my locations are gone. I have to re-add them to the catalog every boot.
Steps to reproduce
Add folders to Custom, reboot. They're gone!
Expected behavior
The folders and indexes should stay in the Custom catalog

Installed Debug version. Crashes on startup. Attached previous qslogs.
Ran with QSDebugStartup=1. Crashes instantly after displaying this:
