This line generates the url for travis-ci.org so it can't be used by Pro or Enterprise accounts.
It seems travis cannot currently detect if it's on org or com (based on this issue).
My proposed solution would be to allow the developer to add an environmental variable to Travis, with a fallback of checking with github if the repo is private (which implies .com)
