Improve labelling in Weather conditions tab

the labelling in the Weather conditions tab is quite unclear. The label "temperature" hovers above all slider and it does not add a lot of information. It would be more informative to let users know that it changes the average temperature and that it only applies to the first slider, not to all the full load hours that follow.

Perhaps can clean up and clarify this slide? @kndehaan is this something you could pick up at some point?
