Scripting in IDE #130

Currently the docs custom scripting page links to a rather out of date Wiki page.
May be useful to add a separate page to the docs explaining the current set up with IDE (intelliJ and VSCode?) in addition to using the scripting project template in place of the Wiki.

Additionally there are many older versions referenced (pre v0.2.0) within the custom script page that could be removed.

I have a pr open to update the scripting setup, which may need reviewing and updating
