Release units 0.8-6

Release time! New updates of quantities and errors that add support for #311 are already on CRAN. Unfortunately, we have several revdep failures as a consequence of these new methods:

• divvy 1.0.0, patched in drop_units earlier to safely use cbind GawainAntell/divvy#4
• move2 0.4.2, reported in bartk/move2/-/issues/94
• Rdistance 3.0.0, reported in rbind issues on CRAN tmcd82070/Rdistance#113
• stars 0.6.7
• vein 1.1.3, patched in fix test for upcoming units 0.8-6 atmoschem/vein#276

They should be pretty easy to fix. I'll inspect them to try to send patches to the maintainers and update the status here.

Ok, so

• stars, fixed (thanks!);
• trivial patches sent for divvy and vein;
• move2 should be trivial too, but I wasn't sure whether the problem is the code or the test;
• Rdistance is much more difficult, because the GitHub version is very different from the CRAN version, and throws for me many errors even with the CRAN version of units.

We can wait a few weeks and then submit units.

The 0.4.4 release of move2 should resolve the revdep issues and is on its way in cran now
