we will need someone to produce a design for the site, something for the front end developers to then implement

We will first need to list down everything that needs to be contained within this site so that we can decide a good layout

To start off, things I remember from the podcast

an introduction / home page to contain an outline of what the community goals are (things like collaborating to help each other learn etc)
a page for people to showcase their projects
dark theme should be mandatory and the default, light themes to be secondary
