Handle the PXWEB api version 2

This is a big thing. I'll see if we need to fix this before version 1.0.

Just a brief updated on PxWeb API 2.0 that could be of help if you intend to support it.

We have a Open API specification at https://github.com/PxTools/PxApiSpecs/blob/master/PxAPI-2.yml. Worth mentioning is that we are still developing it but it is pretty stable now.

We also have beta sites for Statistics Sweden´s and Statistics Norway´s databases at https://api.scb.se/ov0104/v2beta/index.html and https://data.qa.ssb.no/api/pxwebapi/v2-beta

This is excellent. I have been waiting for it to mature a little more. For most users, API version 1 has been working very well.

Do you know when it will go out of beta and into production?

Statistics Swedens API is planed to be in production by the end of June. I am nut sure about the Norwegian but I think that they will follow shortly after.

We have not decided on that yet so I can not give any dates.
