Plot InSAR result on top of satellite optical image or OpenStreetMap

It seems pretty simple and straightforward to plot the high-resolution InSAR results on top of an optical satellite image or open street map via contextily, as show below, instead of using the DEM as background, which is not as informative as optical images.
