r2env init must take an argument with the path to use instead of HOME #11

Current behaviour (not what i would expect)

$ r2env init
[x] r2env already initialized. Path /Users/pancake/.r2env already exists.
$ r2env init /tmp
[x] r2env already initialized. Path /Users/pancake/.r2env already exists.
$

R2ENV_PATH env var is how supported.
