403 and System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: StartIndex cannot be less than zero.

Hi,

I'm new to this control and still trying to figure out how to use it.

I've downloaded the release and tried to run the Demo.WindowsForms.exe,

First I get a 403 error all over the map

Next I've tried to change the map type to anything (and even itself) and it crashes with the following error:

Any help would be appreciated - also - I couldn't find a tutorial on what I need to do to add the control to an existing app (winforms in my case) - if there is one, I would love a reference.
